At Playway Books, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Below are our policies regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel your order, please email us at learn@playwaybooks.com with your order details.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

Books or services purchased through www.playwaybooks.com are eligible for return only under the following circumstances:
• You received a book that was not ordered.
• The book arrived in a damaged condition.
• The book was delivered more than 30 days after the order date.

Important:
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the book by emailing learn@playwaybooks.com.
• The returned item(s) must reach us within 10 days from the delivery date, securely packed and in the same condition as received.
• Items received in damaged condition due to improper return packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
• Orders cancelled before shipping and within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
• Returns due to Playway Books’ error (wrong/damaged/late delivery) will be fully refunded excluding courier/postage charges.
• Shipping or return postage charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
