Shipping policy

Which orders this covers

This site has no cart. A retail copy bought from Amazon, Flipkart or a stockist ships under that seller's own policy, not this one.

This policy applies to an order placed directly with the Ernakulam office — a school's bulk order, or a copy arranged over the phone.

How that order is quoted, invoiced and paid is set out on payments.

This policy is carried over from the previous Playway Books site and has not yet been re-reviewed by a lawyer against the way this site now works.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Bulk orders may take longer, and we will tell you the expected timeline when we confirm the order.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping is charged on your location and the weight of the order. We aim to keep the cost low while making sure the books arrive undamaged.

  • · Within India: delivery typically takes 5 to 6 business days.
  • · Outside India: we do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking

Once an order is dispatched we send a tracking number by email, which you can use on the carrier's own site.
